Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, only if they haven’t been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Prepaid Orders: If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your order was shipped and returned to us due to non-delivery, a reshipping fee may apply for future orders.

Returns and Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos for verification.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

Products damaged due to customer handling.

Items worn, washed, or altered.

Items purchased on clearance or under special promotions
